Crochet Madness :)

Hello, blogging world. I'm finally trying to get this thing up and running! I have been crocheting like crazy for the last few months and am posting new patterns in my etsy site ( www.crochetjolie.etsy.com ) weekly. All this crocheting is making my wrists sore, so I wanted to get back to blogging and am hoping to add some of my original patterns for free in this blog. I'm also planning to get some sales going for any blog followers, so stay tuned for that!

In the meantime though, I guess you'll have to be happy with my very brief ramblings, but I do want to show you a few of my newer ideas!

Here (left) is a new hat I that I just finished and I'm really happy with it. The idea behind it is that it's a hippie or tie-dye type of hat (though the tie-dye idea is pretty hard to recreate in crochet!).
